First of all you fill out a questionnaire on your current training, body shape and goal. From there I then design a program tailored to you needs, whether it be at home, in the gym or outdoors. Through my vast experience with previous clients, your program will get you the results you desire in the fastest possible time.

Then the nutrition program is for you.
80% of your results are going to come through correct nutrition. As we all know what works for one person does not always work for another, this is why all our nutrition programs are tailored to the client.
First you will fill out a nutrition diary for a week so we can see exactly where you are going wrong. Secondly you will email this back to us from here we will create your specific nutrition plan and supplement protocol. Finally the plan gets sent back to you along with a food diary which you will fill out and return weekly for further support and guidance.
